St. Clare of Assisi, Virgin, Foundress of II Order (Feast)
by Rev. Fr. Joseph Gil Alonso, Parochial Vicar, Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Makati
Mass at Sto. Nino de Paz, Greenbelt Chapel, Makati

First Reading:               Hosea 2:16, 17, 21-22 or 2 Corinthians 4:6-10, 16-18
Psalm:                         Psalm 45:11-12, 14-16
Gospel:                        John 15:4-10

4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If a man does not abide in me, he is cast forth as a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned. 7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be my disciples. 9 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in my love. 10 If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.

We take things with hope, because of our faith in God, kahit na raw may Rumaragasang Habagat or RH, sabi ni Father J

Kailangan nating samahan ang ating pananampalataya ng pagdarasal at pag aayuno. We have to constantly persevere to pray at hayaan natin ang Panginoon na gumabay at tumugon sa atin, sa ating pagdarasal.
